What is Angel Funding? | How it is Helpful for Entrepreneur?

Angel funding is less formal and takes less effort than raising money from angel investors for small business. Knowing how to raise angel funding increases your chances of securing financing.

What do you understand by Angel Funding or What is Angel Funding?

Angel Funding includes contributing finance to the development of small business at an earlier level, as well as potentially contributing to advice and small business knowledge. It involves making our own investment choices in exchange for company equity. The amount of funding is variable, it may be small business to get the finding from venture capital from the ground or a greater amount. The goal is to provide only fund, insight and small business advice, but to create the company is the role of an angel investor.

Angel investments includes investing your own money, although a trust, corporation, Limited Liability Company, investment fund or other vehicle might be the real entity that provides financing, unlike venture capital who control and invest cash from others through professionally managed funds. Angel investment is the solution to the difference between seed funding for startups (which generally comes from friends and family) and more robust startup financing through formal venture capital. There are studies that indicate that startups that have earned angel funding are more likely to thrive and have a high rate of growth and survival than businesses that depend on other types of initial funding.
